20 Items Under $1.00 at Publix this week

Now to start off....these deals are based on the fact that the Publix store that I shop at doubles manufacturer's coupons as long as they are .50 or under. They also accept Target Web Coupons as a "competitor coupon". You may use a manufacturer coupon and a Target Web coupon on the same item, but you may only use one target coupon for any particular item once per transaction. So if you have 2 Target coupons for the same item, you can only use one of them. They do not double competitor coupons. You might want to check with your local Publix store to see which store coupons they will accept as a competitor coupon. OK...lets get started.
